Attention MakerDAO rETH Users ⚠️

Don’t let those summer sparks fade away…

MakerDAO is voting to offboard the rETH as a supported collateral. If you currently have a RETH-A vault in MakerDAO we recommend you take action to keep things smooth and avoid liquidation.

Here are your options:

1. Pay off any DAI debt in full and close your RETH-A vault(s)

   Ensure your vault is debt free and close it to avoid liquidation

2. Close your vault(s) and use Spark Protocol or Aave (v3) through Summer.fi *

   Close and reopen your vault using Spark or Aave where rETH is fully supported.

* If you decide to make the move to Spark or Aave, simply send us your tx hashes in Discord or via email and we will cover your gas fees (MaxTip 2.5).

Quick Note: there are currently still 39 active RETH-A vaults, collectively totalling ~24M DAI debt. Check out the options above to avoid any liquidation risks.
